• How long will it take to receive an answer to my email?
  • Although we try to answer emails as quickly as possible, response times vary depending on what you're looking for. In order to help us respond quickly, please include all pertinent details about the part (i.e. part#, model#, dimensions) and photos.
• How are shipping fees determined?
  • Shipping fees are determined after the sale, and are calculated based on several factors (such as weight, dimensions, and destination) for more details check out our shipping policy.
• How long does it take for parts to be shipped out?
  • We try our best to ship parts out as soon as they are paid for. However, it can take up to 2 weeks depending on if the part needs to be pulled. Please refer to our shipping policy for more details.
• Can customers pull their own parts?
  • Not at this time, we have a team of parts pullers that will pull your parts for you
• Are customers allowed in the yard?
  • Unfortunately we do not allow customers in the yard at this time, unless they are accompanied by a staff member
• What is the hourly rate you charge for service?
  • Our current service rate is $165 an hour, reach out or visit the services tab for more details
• If you don't have my part in stock, can I be notified if one comes in?
  • Absolutely! Just be sure to email us your contact information at info@rvyard.com so we we can reach out if the part comes in
• What are your showroom hours?
  • We are open from 9AM-3PM
• Can I reserve parts and pay for them later?
  • We cannot reserve parts unless they are paid for.
• What are the different RV services you provide?
  • We provide engine, chassis, generator, appliance, trailer, fabrication and custom services! Reach out or stop by to schedule a service appointment
• I have an RV I need to dispose of.  Do you take them?
  • We accept RV donations and ensure that the parts and components of your RV are either reused, recycled, or disposed of responsibly. Please refer to our donation & recycling page for more details.
